Capabilities and limits
- The output is text-focused; it does not preserve exact fonts, graphics, table cells, or multi-column layout.
- PDF text storage order can differ from reading order. Broken words, repeated headers, and misplaced footnotes may need cleanup.
When the result is unexpected
No selectable text was found
Try OCR on an English scan first. Converting an image-only PDF directly cannot recover its words.
Two columns are mixed together
Extract a smaller section or copy the required passages manually, then review their order in Word.
Check the downloaded file
Compare headings, paragraph order, punctuation, and numbers with the PDF. A DOCX that opens successfully can still have missing or misordered content.
