About FreePDFchanger

PDF work should feel straightforward.

FreePDFchanger is a focused collection of free online PDF tools for common document tasks.

What we are building

FreePDFchanger is an independent collection of browser-based PDF tools for people assembling reports, correcting scans, preparing attachments, and reviewing documents. The site focuses on three practical needs: control over page order, visible control over annotations, and clear information about what a conversion changes.

What makes the workflow different

You can swap distant pages rather than dragging through a large packet, rotate selected thumbnails, and place signatures and watermarks visually. The editor separates editable annotations from permanent redaction and offers local draft recovery. Our product guides and synthetic practice files explain these workflows and how to check their results.

Browser-first document processing

Everyday PDF operations run in your browser, so your selected document does not need to join an upload queue on our server. Some optional features download supporting code or language models before they can run.

Free access

The available tools do not require an account or payment. Advertising is currently disabled. If advertising is introduced, it will be clearly identified and accompanied by the necessary privacy and consent controls. Document editing and downloads are the purpose of the service, not a prompt to click advertisements.

Honest limits

OCR currently recognizes English only. Word and Excel conversion extract text and do not reconstruct complex layouts. The summarizer produces an opening-sentence extract, and translations need human checking. A visible signature is not certificate-based digital signing. These limits are explained on the relevant tool pages so you can choose an appropriate workflow.

Independent service

FreePDFchanger is an independent PDF utility website. It is not affiliated with Adobe, Google, Microsoft, or other PDF tool providers.

Documentation and result checks

Tool guides are maintained alongside the website implementation and include a review date. Synthetic examples are supplied for practice, not as a claim that every uploaded document will work identically. The Help page explains how to investigate an unexpected result without sharing a private document.
