Organize PDF without installing software

Before you start
Make a note of the destination before moving pages. Distinguish the current position from the original page label: after a move they are not necessarily the same. Load a working copy and let the thumbnails appear.

Practical example
Exchange two distant pages
- Use quick swap to enter the two current page positions that should exchange places.
- Check their new headings and original-page labels in the thumbnails.
- Use Undo if you chose the wrong position; use Redo only after checking the restored order.
Only the two selected positions exchange. The document should have the same number of pages as before the swap.
Capabilities and limits
- Removing pages here changes the output, not your original file. You must keep at least one page.
- Undo and redo are editing-session history, not recovery for a downloaded file or a closed tab. Download a checkpoint before leaving the workspace.
When the result is unexpected
Dragging hundreds of pages is awkward
Use page jump, quick swap, or the move-before/move-after controls for the selected group instead of long-distance dragging.
A page is sideways
Download the organized copy, then open Rotate PDF. Its clockwise and counter-clockwise controls act on selected thumbnails.
Check the downloaded file
Verify the first page, last page, and every section boundary. After a deletion, subtract exactly that number from the original count. Printed contents pages and cross-references are not rewritten automatically.
